Excellent Reading. Innovative approach

This book gives a clear introduction to different framewroks explaining the pro's and con's (7S, 5P, Scorecard, A-EPM and TPE developed by J. Kemp of ING). It clearly explains the need of management of the management by overarching frameworks that help to connect the dots as too often managers are only rewarded for individual targets or at best group targets that tey cannot influence individually anyway. A well organized approach can help to reduce the inefficiencies and turn "corporate discount" into a "corporate premium"!

A must read for every serious senior manager willing to bring higher contribution to his/her own organization.
